Happy Day everyone,
A few posts back, I told myself I would start blogging more, and guys!!! I’ve done two posts in one week. Pretty much killin in over here!
I always feel like I have so many images I want to share with you, and never the correct words to go with them. Often, that excuse wins. I end up not posting anything.
I am changing that! I may not have the most fancy or inspirational quotes like many, but I am trying to be real, honest and more intentional.
I have posted about this before, but I am currently in the middle of Girl Wash Your Face, and man…. I am truly inspired to kick my rear into gear. To push harder for personal goals, to be more intentional, to not ever give into doubt of others or thoughts I have created that have zero truth behind them.
I would love to hear about a goal you have for yourself, that maybe in the past you have given up, that you are working on achieving.
Lately, I have been emotionally deep into sessions with mothers and freshies. They pull at my heart strings, and feed my creative soul. Man that sounds cheesy, but I leave every session kind of floating on air and also hurting ovaries. Baby FEVER is such a real thang…!
But, this girl right here. It all started at Pizza Factory in Placerville. Our family had just moved back from Washington, getting out of the military, and this momma needed a job. I had just started getting serious with photography but moving to a new town was rough. I started working there and worked with a high school seniors. I loved it! I got to talk for 8 hours straight, make new friends and get out of the house. I met this girl, along with many others. So of course, when the need of Grad Announcements came up, I just had to!
We met up early one morning, hiked and hiked up hill both ways with no shoes (please tell me I was not the only child who was guilted into listening to that story as a young child on the regular), soaked up some glorious sunshine and got THESE! Guys, this girl crushed her session!
